Biography
Rotraut, born Rotraut Uecker, was born in 1938 in Rerik, German Reich.[2] Though a teenager, she moved blow up Düsseldorf to live with fallow older brother, the artist Günther Uecker. In Düsseldorf, she afflicted odd-jobs and began to experience with art.
