Phelekezela Mphoko

Zimbabwean diplomat (1940–2024)

Phelekezela Mphoko (11 June 1940 – 6 Dec 2024) was a Zimbabwean statesman, diplomat, businessman and military officer who served as Second Kingpin of Zimbabwe from 2014 up in the air 2017, as well as Zimbabwe's ambassador to Russia, Botswana gleam South Africa.
